I bought a truck here today. What a pleasant experience in contrast to the bigger dealers. Family run business that was obvious by the way I was treated. Very straight up with you on the vehicle you're buying. Pretty straightforward when it came to negotiations with Ron & Michaela. Pleasant folks! We're so grateful for the helpful team at Milaca Motors! They helped our family of 8 get into an SUV within our budget. Our younger children really like their play area! Very clean and welcoming facility, and much laughter together!

I didn't buy a car from them and the problem I had had NOTHING to do with them or any vehicle Milaca Motors sold to me. However, they were a huge help. It was 8 p.m. on a Thursday evening and my undercarriage shield started dragging on the ground. I was stuck an hour from home and an hour from where I needed to be. Any other solution would have taken a few hours to resolve the issue. Instead, I was lucky that someone was at the dealership. She brought cardboard for us to lie on, provided some zip ties and a flashlight, as well as some "buttons" to keep the shield from falling down. I'm SO grateful! Thank you!
